Q1 : How long does the printing process take after I place my order?
During Covid days, it will take 6-8 business days to print your order and 2-6 business days to ship your order but not guaranteed.

Q2 : How many washes can the print survive?
A high quality dye-sublimation print should last for about 10 years. As the print has had a chance to cool down after the heat press has been applied, the dye gets trapped in the substrate permanently. Making the dye-sublimation the most durable way of printing on fabric.

Q3 : How do I take care of my t-shirt?
Separate dark and light colors, Wash similar fabrics together, Machine wash warm, Use regular or permanent press cycle and No chlorine, bleach or fabric softeners.

Q4 : Am I able to bring in my own t-shirt to get a print on?
No, we do not accept outside fabrics for our printing process.
link

Q5 : Do you offer extra large T-shirts?
Yes, we offer XL, 2XL and 3XL .
link

Q6 : How precise are the colors of the print?
The dye-sublimation ink kits consist of 4-8 colours. Main ones are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black and also lighter versions of those. Compared to Direct To Garment (DTG) printing, which only uses 4 colours, dye sublimation offers a more accurate colour-matching. This method is ideal for Photograph printing as it best compliments the skin colour.

Q7 : What will happen with any white colour in my original picture?
It's important to know that cartridges do not use white ink. Any white area on the original image will be (left blank) the colour of the surface onto which the dye is transferred to.

Q8 : Can I get my logo printed on the shirt?
Absolutely, you only have to provide us with your logo PNG file either as a sticker or on a white background(as the white areas will be left blank).

Q9 : Can I get a personal printed neck label?
At this time we only offer printing the neck labels when items are ordered in bulk of 20 or more.
link

Q10 : Can I order in bulk?
Yes, you can order up to 100 printed t-shirts.
link

Q11 : Do I get a discount if I order in bulk?
Yes, if you order 2-5 you get 10% off; 6-10 items gives you 15% off; 11-50 - 20%; 51-100 - 30% off.

Q12 : How come the T-shirt is good for both athletic activities and leisure?
Polyester fabrics generally don't absorb condensation like sweat and other fluids. The material doesn't leave you with a damp feel after going for a jog because it is known to be hydrophobic. Therefore, adding polyester’s anti-odor properties to the picture, you could wear it for the whole day even after being active.

Q13 : What is Dye-Sublimation?
Dye-Sublimation is a method of printing directly into a polymer coated substrate. Instead of using the DTG printer where image is created directly on the fabric, in this case the image is printed with special inks onto a transfer paper, which is later laid on the desired area of the material. Large amount of pressure and heat is applied, under the impact of high temperature the colored dyes turn into gas, which penetrates the material and gets trapped there temporarily once it's cooled down.

Q14 : What kind of inks do you use in the sublimation process?
We use heat sensitive inks that turn into gas under the influence of heat, which then easily enters a 100% polyester surface.
