Wasn\'t sure if I would be getting the proper attention as a \'regular\' customer, as I was using the LivingSocial coupon, but turns out that there was nothing to fear. My questions (sent in by email) were answered promptly and informatively. Ordering on-line was straight forward. Got a very friendly phone call to follow up on payment. Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.
