Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. The result is everything that I had hoped for. You did a wonderful job with the enlargement of the photo to canvas. The only problem that I have is with the packaging. Given the fact that there was no stabilizing of the picture within the box, I consider myself lucky that the canvas arrived unblemished. I realize that we were not paying for the shipping but I would gladly have an extra $5 tacked on to the price if it meant that we would have bubble wrap or styrofoam peanuts insulating the canvas within the box. But the picture did arrive in pristine condition nevertheless and we are delighted with the final result. You can be sure that we will be repeat customers and I will be telling my daughter who lives in the US to use your services as well.
