Tesna, | I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!
Carrie, Farwell | We love how the pictures... We just received our order from Calgary on Canvas and we love how the pictures turned out! The print quality was excellent and it all came very quickly. Now that we've seen them we'll be ordering more.
Jacqui, Calgary | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
