Good Morning; Thank-you for your prompt service and to let you know the picture turned out very well. I did have a concern as there is a \"popped\" nail head at the top but as it\'s in a dark tree and can only be seen at different angles I didn\'t think it was worth the postage and hassle to return it.I would certainly consider using your company again but would hope that the finished product could be checked over before sending it out.

My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. I now have all custom boards/panels. They are beautifully sized and constructed. I so appreciate that you included wire and hanging devices. A bonus, for sure! It was a bit harried at first. I needed to head to the San Francisco DHL warehouse to get a box that was never delivered!!! Still, all is well that ends well. Thank you for all of your assistance. I hope to do business with you in the future.

The shipment arrived in one piece (btw- excellent packing) last night. Given the shipping mess this year that is pretty decent timing. My order was for what I saw as your longest Gatorfoam Board pieces at 36” I’m going to leave very positive feedback for you. I tried to reach any number of art material suppliers in Souther Ontario and they either didn’t reply or expressed no interest in an order. So, bravo to you guys! Happy Holidays to the team,
