not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

JILL, WINNIPEG | THX Thanks Roberto and Staff. Our orders arrived this afternoon, all in perfect order. We are delighted with the giclee prints on canvas and we will now begin to promote this new format along with the very successful metal prints. Terrific work, everyone. Will be submitting a new order by the end of the week or early next week. The season here in Texas is finally beginning to get some steam and we anticipate good sales for our gallery in the next couple of months.
