The frames were perfect according to my custom dimensions and made from excellent quality, solid wood mouldings. The frame construction (cuts, joining) was as good as or even better than some local custom framing shops I\\\'ve used. A nice touch was the included free hanging hardware, easily enough parts to hang several pieces of art. Price-wise, 80% LESS than local shops for essentially the same moulding. Likewise shipping was very fast. Order to delivery was six days. My local shop? Three to four weeks minimum. Need I say more? I would also add that if you\\\'re not sure about dimensions, etc., just call USAOnCanvas. You will get a very pleasant, helpful person to guide you through your order. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back. You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
